These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stylia mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Realize AI LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Services. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Description of Services
Stylia is an AI-powered personal fashion styling application. The Services include:
- Wardrobe Management — Photograph and organize your clothing items digitally
- AI Styling Recommendations — Receive outfit suggestions based on your wardrobe, style preferences, weather, and occasion
- OOTD Review — Get AI-generated feedback and scoring on your daily outfits
- Style DNA Profiling — Discover your personal style archetype
- Shopping Evaluation — Assess whether new items complement your existing wardrobe
4. AI-Generated Content
Our Services use artificial intelligence to generate styling recommendations, outfit scores, and fashion advice. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered professional fashion advice
- AI recommendations may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your specific circumstances
- You are solely responsible for your clothing and styling choices
- We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from following AI recommendations
- AI-generated outfit scores and feedback are subjective assessments and should be treated as suggestions, not definitive judgments
5. User Content
You may upload photos and other content ("User Content") to use the Services. You retain ownership of your User Content. By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit and that your content does not violate any third party's rights.
6. User Data Ownership
We believe your data belongs to you. Specifically:
- Your wardrobe data, style preferences, and personal information remain your property
- You may export your data at any time
- You may request deletion of all your data at any time through the app or at our account deletion page
- We will never sell your individual personal data to third parties
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Upload content that is obscene, offensive, or infringes on others' rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Services
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Circumvent any rate limits or usage restrictions
8. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and AI models, are owned by Realize AI LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Services without our written permission.
The name "STYLIA," "STYLIA AI," and associated logos are trademarks of Realize AI LLC.
9. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with third-party services including:
- Authentication providers (Apple Sign In, Google Sign In)
- Cloud infrastructure (Supabase for data storage)
- AI providers (Anthropic Claude for styling intelligence)
- Weather services (for location-based recommendations)
Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
10. Fees and Payment
The Services are currently offered free of charge during our launch period. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription plans in the future. If we do, we will provide advance notice and clearly disclose pricing before any charges apply. Any paid subscriptions will be processed through the Apple App Store and subject to Apple's terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. You may delete your account through the app's Settings screen or at our account deletion page.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- AI-generated recommendations will be accurate or suitable
- The results obtained from the Services will meet your expectations
- Any errors in the Services will be corrected
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REALIZE AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Realize AI LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.

4. AI 生成内容

- AI 生成的内容仅供参考和娱乐目的，不应被视为专业时尚建议
- AI 推荐可能并不总是准确、适当或适合您的具体情况
- 您对自己的服装和穿搭选择承担全部责任
- 我们不保证遵循 AI 推荐会带来任何特定结果
- AI 生成的穿搭评分和反馈是主观评估，应被视为建议而非最终判断
5. 用户内容
您可以上传照片和其他内容（"用户内容"）来使用服务。您保留对用户内容的所有权。上传用户内容即表示您授予我们有限的、非排他性的许可，仅用于处理、存储和展示您的内容，以便向您提供服务。
您声明您有权上传任何提交的内容，且您的内容不侵犯任何第三方的权利。
6. 用户数据所有权
我们相信您的数据属于您。具体而言：
- 您的衣橱数据、风格偏好和个人信息仍然是您的财产
- 您可以随时导出您的数据
- 您可以随时通过应用或账号删除页面请求删除所有数据
- 我们绝不会向第三方出售您的个人数据
7. 可接受使用
您同意不会：
- 将服务用于任何非法目的
- 上传淫秽、冒犯性或侵犯他人权利的内容
- 尝试逆向工程、反编译或反汇编服务
- 干扰或破坏服务或服务器
- 使用自动化系统（机器人、爬虫）访问服务
- 冒充任何个人或实体
- 规避任何速率限制或使用限制
8. 知识产权
服务（包括所有软件、设计、文本、图形、标识和 AI 模型）归 Realize AI LLC 所有，受知识产权法保护。未经我们书面许可，您不得复制、修改、分发或基于服务创建衍生作品。
"STYLIA"、"STYLIA AI" 及相关标识是 Realize AI LLC 的商标。
9. 第三方服务
服务可能与以下第三方服务集成：
- 身份验证提供商（Apple 登录、Google 登录）
- 云基础设施（Supabase 数据存储）
- AI 提供商（Anthropic Claude 造型智能）
- 天气服务（用于基于位置的推荐）
您对这些第三方服务的使用受其各自的条款和隐私政策约束。我们不对第三方服务的做法负责。
10. 费用与支付
在我们的上线阶段，服务目前免费提供。我们保留将来引入付费功能或订阅计划的权利。如果我们这样做，我们将提前通知并在收取任何费用之前明确披露定价。任何付费订阅将通过 Apple App Store 处理，并受 Apple 条款约束。
11. 终止
您可以随时停止使用服务。您可以通过应用的设置页面或账号删除页面删除您的账号。
我们可以在任何时候暂停或终止您对服务的访问，无论是否有原因，无论是否另行通知。终止后，您使用服务的权利立即终止。我们将根据我们的隐私政策删除您的数据。

13. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，REALIZE AI LLC 不对任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害承担责任，包括但不限于利润损失、数据损失、使用损失或商誉损失，无论是否与您使用服务相关。
我们因本条款产生的任何索赔的总责任不超过您在索赔前十二（12）个月内向我们支付的金额，或 100 美元，以较高者为准。
14. 赔偿
您同意赔偿、辩护并保护 Realize AI LLC 及其高级管理人员、董事、员工和代理人免受因您使用服务或违反本条款而产生的任何索赔、损害、损失、责任和费用（包括律师费）。
15. 条款变更
我们可能会不时更新本条款。我们将通过在此页面发布更新后的条款并更新"最后更新"日期来通知您重大变更。变更生效后您继续使用服务即构成对修订条款的接受。
16. 适用法律
本条款受美国华盛顿州法律管辖并据其解释，不考虑其法律冲突条款。因本条款或服务引起的任何争议应在华盛顿州金县法院解决。
